Should I use a VPN?

You should only use a VPN if your ISP blocks or throttles your connection, otherwise you won’t use a VPN, as our service is completely safe to use.

I get pads/gels frequently. Why is this happening?

The first thing to do is restart your router, device and try again. It helps in many cases.
If the problem persists, you should test the internet speed directly from your device.
Open this website: directly from your streaming device (not another). The result should be 20 Mbps or more.
If your device is not getting the proper speed or if your ISP is throttling your connection, you will experience buffering.

It means that your internet service provider is limiting or blocking your connection. Many internet service providers in the UK (sometimes other countries too) have this problem and the only solution for it is to use a VPN.

How to install your IPTV on Android?

There are many IPTV apps on play store but in this tutorial we will be using IPTV SMARTERS app.
You can download the app from play store or apple store

* In general select URL of M3U playlist, type URL link available on your member area

To install our IPTV channels on your SMART TV, you will need to download the
Smart IPTV (SIPTV) app and follow the steps available on their website

I get a black screen on all channels, what should I TO DO ?

If you are using a decoder such as MAG or AVOV and have just set up your device with our service, you will need to hard reset your device. Simply turn off your device, unplug your power cable, and plug it back in.
For Kodi, you will need to clear your cache. If that fails, try reinstalling Kodi itself.

My account is not working what should I do?

First check your network connection, restart your router and device, then try again. Second, if your network connection is not a problem, please check if your account is used on other devices. because you can view from more than one device at the same time.

My m3u link is not working?

If the link does not work, always check the link on PC using VLC software. If it works, it means there is something wrong on your side. When entering your M3U link, make sure you don’t enter any spaces and don’t use your M3U link on other devices.

Why does my account not work on my MAG box or my STB emulator?

* Did you give us the correct MAC address?
* Is your internet speed at the minimum recommended (8 Mbps for HD channels) or higher?
* Is your device wired (Ethernet) or wireless (WiFi or mobile data)? Ethernet will always be faster and more stable; use Ethernet, if you can.
* Are your device specs powerful enough to effortlessly handle HD live streaming?
* If you are using an STB emulator, have you followed the steps in our guide to set up the Android STB emulator?
* If you are using an STB emulator, have you tried clearing your app cache and then restarting your device?
* If you are using a MAG box, have you tried restarting your device?
* If you’re using an Android device/MAG box, have you tried logging out and then factory resetting your device?
* Have you double checked the server portals we sent you in the activation email?
**For MAG cases, we recommend them to use the old version. In the meantime, we use the model below:
NOTE: Please note that there is an ongoing blocking issue with the MAG Box made by Informir. Rest assured, however, that our technical team is working hard to investigate the issue further to help our valued subscribers get back to using the service with this device.
In the meantime, we strongly suggest that you perform a factory reset on the device and then turn off automatic software update and turn off beta in settings. Load the firmware to its original or older version like v14.
